SUMMARY

PS series automatic electric pump is an automatic control system added on the basis of PS series

self-priming pump to form an automatic control device.Its typical use is to lift water from wells or pools and solar water supply for families, farmers and small enterprises. It is an ideal multifunctional household water supply equipment.

Installation and safety level: comply with national standards and lEC standards

INSTALLATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

1. The machine uses 220 V, 50 Hz single-phase power supply.

2. Connect the water inlet with 25mm water pipe before use. Note: there shall be no water leakage at the joint seal.

3. During installation, the water pump shall be close to the water source as far as possible, the length of suction pipe and the number of elbows shall be reduced as far as possible, and the suction lift may be greater than 9m.

4. When starting the pump, unscrew the water filling bolt plug first, fll the pump with water, and then tighten the bolt to ensure sealing.After water filling,if water cannot be pumped for 2-3 minutes, refill the water to avoid damaging the mechanical sealing device.

5. When the water pump is idle for a long time and reused, check whether the rotation of the water pump is flexible before use. If it is found that it is stuck or too tight, disassemble the pump shell, remove the rust and sundries in the pump, and make it rotate flexibly before use.

6. In case of sudden decrease of flow, abnormal sound or sudden stop during the operation of the pump，stop the pump immediately for inspection.
