APPLICATION ENVIRONMENT

This type of pump is widely used in HVAC circulation solar pressurizationindustrial supporting domestic hot and cold water circulationcooling and air conditioning systems(Water temperature 2℃~110℃ automatic temperature 60℃).

PUMP

It is mainly composed of pump body and impeller.The impeller is made of engineering plastics with high strength,high wear resistance and high temperature resistanceThe motor part is mainly composed of stator, rotor,shielding sleeve,bearing and other components.The bearing system adopts sliding bearing system, and the rotating shaft and bearing are made of alumina ceramics with high strength,high wear resistance and high temperature resistance

ELECTRIC MACHINERY

1.The stator and rotor are shielded and sealed with stainless steel sleeveand the pump and motor are statically sealed without leakage;

2. The internal circulation mode is adoptedthe bearing is pumped with liquid as lubricant and the motor is cooled;

3.The insulation grade of the motor is class H；

4. The leaking screws are made of AISI304；

5.The speed regulating shield pump has three gears for users to choose.
